QMS300i is a top-of-the-line computerized ticket queue system designed for managing customer queues at service counters or rooms. It is ideal for banks, hospitals, clinics, government service centres and utility bill payment counters.

 

NO MORE STANDING IN QUEUES

Customers are issued queue tickets for the service required and they typically wait in the waiting area in comfort. When it is their turn to be served, their queue numbers will be displayed on the Main Display followed by an optional voice announcement.

QMS300i helps to optimise counter productivity and thus improve manpower management with service counter prediction capability.

 

MULTIPLE SERVICES

QMS300i supports multiple services. Services can be defined as priority, primary and secondary. Each counter may serve one or more services.

 

STORE AND TRANSFER FEATURES

A lapsed number may be stored and automatically recalled later. The transfer feature allows a customer to visit two or more counters using a single queue ticket.

 

QUEUE REPORTS

The system activities and queue data are stored and can be retrieved at any time to print the comprehensive daily or monthly statistical reports and analysis. These reports are invaluable for performance monitoring, planning and staff appraisal.

 

VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT (OPTIONAL)

The system is equipped with a Voice Module that announces each call in voice automatically. This feature provides a cordial and efficient way of serving customers.

 

INTERNET ACCESS

QMS300i software is based on the client-server model. System monitoring, report generation and system configuration may be performed across the Internet.

 

MULTIFUNCTION TICKET PRINTER (MTP) (OPTIONAL)

The Multifunction Ticket Printer provides a touch-screen interface and Priority Customer identification capability with various card input technologies.

 

MULTIMEDIA MAIN DISPLAY (MMD) (OPTIONAL)

The Multimedia Main Display is capable of announcing queue numbers as well as running a movie or online advertisement simultaneously, with the option of a flat plasma screen or high resolution television.
