The QMSi series represents the latest in queue management technology. The original QMS series which was widely implemented in banks, hospitals and other institutions throughout the region has been developed to incorporate remote Internet monitoring and configuration.

The range of products in the QMSi series suits a wide variety of counter service requirements. These products range from the basic QMS210i system with remote keypads, to the state-of-the-art QMS300i system with a multimedia main display and virtual counter terminals. Each queue management system comes with an embedded PC, ticket printer and voice module. In addition, the queue management system software can be customised so as to meet each establishment's every need.
