At
GMS products development is a continuous process. We constantly
improve and upgrade our products, very often based on experience
based in the field and customer feedback. Our R&D team is
always eager to discuss your queue management requirements with
you. |

Queue
management allows us to solve real life problems resulting from
congestion and limited resources. While many situations require
only common sense solutions, others call for complex solutions.
And very often, you know your problems and requirements better
than anybody else. GMS has developed sophisticated queue management
systems in close collaboration with our clients. |

Hospital
Queue System (HQS) is a direct result of such a collaboration.
It succeeded in solving the complex requirements of managing
multiple patient queues at modern polyclinics. Truck Queue System
(TQS) is another example. Like the HQS, it is a networked queue
system using a client-server platform. The complex task of managing
truck movement in large factory premises has been solved with
the help of modern computer and display technology. The system
not only provides 24-hour on-site operation, but also produces
valuable management reports through a link to the clients
database. Most recently, high security requirements at central
banks led to the introduction of RFID and fingerprint identification
technology as new QMS features. |
